I don’t need to assume or infer. I watched YOUR video. She had committed no threatening act up until that point. Your stance is she was executed as an example. That’s a ******** position and the cop should face charges over his use of excessive force. Are you assuming that once she breaks into the room she is just going to stand there and have a conversation and the mob behind her is just going to watch? I know you aren't that naive.
I didn't avoid anything. The officer was watching a mob actively attempting to destroy the last obstacle between them and the people he was defending. They all start coming thru and he's done. The threatening act was her trying to lead an assault around the barricade onto his position. The constant "she was unarmed " is a worthless argument. That’s not an answer you’re just avoiding the question. Please point out to me in that video what threatening act she committed or what weapon she was brandishing that warranted a lethal force response.
She made a really stupid choice. It cost her her life.
The LEO absolutely over reacted and decided to execute her without witnessing a single threatening act.
Both were wrong. Babbitt bore the entire weight of both bad decisions and the LEO walked. That is entirely what is wrong with this whole situation in a nutshell.
The constant “she was unarmed” is a statement of fact that has never been disputed. Nobody has ever made a claim that she was armed.I didn't avoid anything. I guess overpowering police and breaking into a secured federal building while chanting "kill him/hang her" etc isn't a threatening act to you. The police see it a different way.I don’t need to assume or infer. I watched YOUR video. She had committed no threatening act up until that point. Your stance is she was executed as an example. So the officer looked thru the broken glass and wood and had a clear image of what was on her back and inferred that was a threatening act? Sounds legit. The cop made an example of her as K-town is implying. That’s it. And that’s complete ******** and he should face charges for itShe also had a backpack. Just as relevant
You just answered why the unarmed argument is meaningless. They were actively working to destroy the barricade when she tried to go thru the window. If more were allowed to follow then the defense is done.So the officer looked thru the broken glass and wood and had a clear image of what was on her back and inferred that was a threatening act? Thanks for doubling down on K-town’s idiotic assertion that it was ok to execute her as an example. Which is exactly what transpired. Have a nice day.You just answered why the unarmed argument is meaningless. They were actively working to destroy the barricade when she tried to go thru the window. Nah, they weren't coming in. They just wanted to watch Ashli sing Kumbaya with the CP and congress members. You just answered why the unarmed argument is meaningless. They were actively working to destroy the barricade when she tried to go thru the window. If more were allowed to follow then the defense is done.
Use whatever makes you feel better. She made a mistake and paid for it. Power of the mindless mobThanks for doubling down on K-town’s idiotic assertion that it was ok to execute her as an example. Which is exactly what transpired. Have a nice day.
That’s actually what you’re doing dude. You’re the one rationalizing away LEO excessive force.Use whatever makes you feel better. She made a mistake and paid for it. Power of the mindless mob
what would you have the officer do when the mob came after the lawmakers behind him? If the same situation was playing out in your office building would you be so quick to holster?
While he's cuffing her 20 more stream thru and overtake. What's your plan for that? How does he continue to protect and do his job? That’s actually what you’re doing dude. You’re the one rationalizing away LEO excessive force.
What should have happened to her was have her ass roughly thrown to the ground, have riot cuffs affixed on her, and put her ass up against the wall.
And that’s twice now you’re pushing the execute her to make an example implication. That’s excessive force plain and simple.
Coulda shoulda woulda. She is responsible for her actions and only her actions. For the record I think you’re right. She was executed as an example. Where we differ is you find that an acceptable action by a LEO. I’ll always call that type of response ********.While he's cuffing her 20 more stream thru and overtake. What's your plan for that? How does he continue to protect and do his job?
Think past the single act and thru the entire scenario

And those are perfectly reasonable comparisons to make also. The only difference is Floyd wasn’t giving Nancy a case of the vapors.George Floyd made a mistake and Breonna Taylor made a mistake and both of their families got paid millions.
Where’s the millions for Ashi Babbitt’s family?
What was the appropriate response by the CP?Coulda shoulda woulda. She is responsible for her actions and only her actions. For the record I think you’re right. She was executed as an example.
