About the only thing to watch for now is the crowd reaction if they have to yank Lowe. Fredi needs to take security to the mound with him.
 
If we make the playoffs surely Lowe will not be in the rotation for the first round. Good grief.
 
The Braves' issues can be summed up here. They can't do the big things to win (back to back hits, three run homer, big strikeout, etc.) and they fail to do the little things (advance a runner, sac fly, etc.)

Or, you could simply just say -- they cannot score runs.

Right now, even that doesn't matter. If they scored 4 runs, they'd give up 5. Whatever the definition of "clutch" is, the Braves are the polar opposite.

Well, we have a straight up litmus test to determine if Frank Wren is an idiot: whether that turns out to be the last pitch Lowe throws in a Braves uniform. Eat the frigging contract. Just get him out of town.

I was just thinking . . . Lowe is in line for his 17th loss. I can't think of a bigger flop of a year for a high priced starting pitcher who didn't get hurt.
