I completely agree. The only difficulty with sexual assault is the "he said, she said" factor, so often time the real truth either never surfaces or takes a while to surface. And no, I'm not condoning any type of behavior or taking anyone's side. I'm just saying it can be difficult to gauge what the truth is

Right, I get that. But an extensive amount of research shows: 1. only something like 8% of victims lie and 2. more than half of alleged victims don't file police reports. Yes, there are instances in which people lie - but it's not nearly as much as people want to pretend it is.

If I'm Jimmy Cheek, I adopt a zero tolerance policy with this stuff. In essence, you're guilty until proven innocent in my book. If he/she didn't commit the crime - the truth will come out. Until then, he/she has no place on campus or playing/practicing football.

This has reached epidemic status around the country and something drastic has to be done.
