Very very interesting. I've done nothing. They haven't been charging me sales tax. Hmmm.

Why not? 1,743 career PAs and he is a .289 average, .328 OBP and .438 SLG. Z's predictions are essentially his career numbers.

It wasn't that he struck out that made me sad, everyone struck out today, but it was the pathetic/completely confused way in which he flailed at strike 3 that just hurt to watch.

I agree on the swing, but he somehow gets it through the strike zone. He isn't the ideal guy I want at 3rd. But he has had 2 solid consecutive seasons. I definitely don't want him there long term. He is a defensive liability. But he is a decent plug-in option until we find a better solution. The fact that he looks like a goob out there doesn't help him.

I do dream of having the prototypical cornerstone 3rd baseman again, though. Sigh.
