FWIW, Lunardi said EVEN WITH A LOSS to South Carolina, Lunardi said UT would probably get in anyways.

Man. That pretty much says it all about having a 68 team field, doesn't it? I'm not going to feel confident about it until we win though.

Trying to figure out some way to get down there tomorrow. Junior getting off the school bus in front of my house at 2:50 throws a big wrench in the works though.

It's hard to look at Tennessee's SEC tournament history and think it's something you should consider canceling a trip for.

I have a completely irrational thing about the SEC tournament which I can't explain at all. Every year I'm completely consumed with a desire to win it, far beyond what it deserves. I really really really want to win it. Just once. I've been watching almost my whole life and we never frigging win it. Every year we crap the bed. This is my sports-watching equivalent of Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown. No idea why I feel this strongly about it, but I do.

Maybe. The boy has a soccer game at 11 and we're hosting a St. Patrick's Day party at 5, but I might be able to pull it off. It would be tight.
