The Chris Johnson of last year was a different Chris Johnson from his previous years. He developed a new approach at the plate. Maybe a handful of those flares to right don't drop for hits this season, but while protecting the outer half and looking opposite field, he also still showed the ability to turn on the inside pitch and rope liners into the LC gap. Hard to match his BABIP from last year, but his new norm may be closer to .321/.358/.457 than .280/.330/.430. Meet in the middle of those and you get roughly .300/.345/.445
