They’ll leave that cesspool. My hospital recently hired a great guy and family man for their Security department who came as a police officer from Lodi California. Because of similar BS, their response time to calls was 55 min on average because of politics and not staffing well. He has been an awesome addition to our campus and is one of the best people youll ever meet.
