I don't believe that one technically qualifies. It's pretty well loved by audience and critic alike. It's not a bad movie at all, it just comes off as one due to it purposefully coming off as a bad movie.

I was going to put They Live on here..then saw that it has a 7.3 on IMDB and 83% on Rotten Tomatoes..hope for America partially restored :)

The last might be my top submission as it's bewilderingly cheesy and just weird. Lots of familiar faces and if you've got any connection to the 80's the music and fashion are just hilarious.

Road House was a popular movie...real cringeworthy moments but I've watched it multiple times. "Pain don't hurt".
