Baltimore has a problem with their cops. That's not a race problem as I fail to see how that a department that's 50% black hasn't policed their own and likely contributed to the problems. And I'm pretty sure the department doesn't put just white cops in black areas and vice versa.

So when an author goes to extents to say "white people riot over stupid stuff" it's inherently racist by nature. PEOPLE riot over stupid things like winning the Super Bowl or because someone said "burn this ***** down."
