Bama butthurt continues

Kinda thought the tip thing paled in comparison with the murder and death threats made by your brethren.

Well, there is some good... no Crimson Mulligan urinated on anyone's head this year. On a real note, I hate to clump all fans together... all schools have unrealistic, immature, and even down right mentally ill fans.

I'm not doubting the veracity of those. I'm not saying one being fake excuses the others. But nor does the others being real somehow make the fake one true.

All schools do have maniacs, UT not withstanding.
But they sure as heck have more than the rest of us, just go to a sports site the week after any Bama loss and there are multiple, not one or two, articles on there fans loosing their minds.

How cute that you're referring to the tip as "the fake one", as if there is any evidence, let alone proof, to back that up.

Plenty

1. They used a Regions prepaid card instead of an EBT card

2. The total of $20.25 + 0 (though substituted "roll tide") in the tip was correctly calculated at $20.25

3. Too many words written. They dont know that many more words after 'roll tide'

Clearly fake.

I'll point to the fact that these things have shown up online with some frequency, and they never turn out to be real, as the only evidence I require.

Choose to believe it if you want. I genuinely don't care.

Cost of meal - $20.25
Cost of bama attire - 2 pit bulls, a sister, and a years wages at the Dump n Stump.
The look on the barners face as he lodges a couple of snot bombs on the bammers chow knowing he's going to get stiffed on a tip to begin with - priceless.

Why would we care that you don't care? Go join the rest of your Saban elf brigade and post on a forum that really cares that you don't care! In a few years Saban is going to get bUTch slapped and you hammer fans can :cray:some more!

The best smack talk you can come up with is "in a few years"? You mean once Bama's streak gets to 9 or 10? That's so sad that it isn't even worth mocking.

Touché. I stand corrected. Thank you, good sir, for setting me straight. :)

Yeah, just like all you rowdamtahd fans were saying during our streak of 7 from '95 through '01. That's why everyone hates tahd fans--not because y'all have been so freakin' good for the past 5 years, but because you act as if the years when y'all are good are the only years that football was played. Football is cyclical, and sooner or later, Tennessee will be back on top, at which point the vast majority of tahd fans will once again run and hide, only to reemerge once again when the tahd are back on top.

I'll point to the fact that your reasoning that because SOME (or even most), have been proven to be fake, then all of them must be fake, as proof that you say whatever comes to your mind to defend your position, facts be damned.

Choose to believe it if you want. I genuinely don't care.

Yet your actions clearly prove otherwise. If you truly didn't care, you wouldn't have argued. You're like the teenage girl that says "I'm SO OVER <insert whatever it is that said teenage girl clearly isn't over, here>", then proceeds to b*itch and moan about what she just claimed to be over.

Yeah, just like all you rowdamtahd fans were saying during our streak of 7 from '95 through '01.

I get that it's meaningful to you, as a UT fan. With the national title thrown in for good measure, that streak is the high water mark for the Vols in the SEC's most important rivalry.

But, that streak ended 12 years ago. Being 30 years old, 40% of my entire life has been lived post-streak. And while 7 straight is the high water mark for Tennessee, you need to keep in mind that Bama's current 7 game winning streak is the fourth time in the series that Bama has won 7 or more in a row.

You accuse Bama fans of pretending not to notice when Bama isn't on top. But given reality, that comes off as pretty hypocritical on your part.

So I saw where Auburn has the ball that was returned for the winning TD and it is actually property of Alabama. Conflicting reports on whether or not Alabama is asking for it back.

C'mon man - until the streak under the Bear the series was even and it's been even (+1 game to Bama) since that streak was broken in 1982. If you are going to go "historical" then at least acknowledge that the series has always been one where one team dominated for periods of time.

The twelve game streak in the 70s is the difference maker in this series.

Interesting post here that got me thinking about what is the series record, post Bryant. It is 17-13-1 in favor of Bama.

Bama is 8-7-1 at home and 9-6 at UT.

A rep from the school says Bama does not plan to ask for it back.

Technically it's 17-14 since 93 got booted.

The real take away though is that the dominance has shifted back and forth since the beginning. Bama won 8 of the first 10 (beginning in 1901). UT dominated from 1914 - 1960. The sixties were a toss-up. Bama dominated the 70s with the 12 game streak and it's been almost even since (even with the current 7 game streak to Bama)

In short, it's selective history to claim historical dominance for either team. I hope the rivalry continues and if it does I'm quite sure UT will be on top again for a streak.
