Why does bama get a cake walk schedule with basically 5-6 bye weeks and still have the red carpet rolled out for them and spoon fed the N.C.? WTH. :furious3:

Saban actually wants a 9 game SEC schedule so that he plays more opponents from the SEC and not the weak out of conference games that they currently have now.

^^^gotta be kidding. That schedule last year was a joke and there were better teams but you guys throw so much money at the BCS they will overlook anything to get you in. It's part of the BCS legitimacy problem. They had you penciled in from day one. Same as this year. I get my blood pressure worked up just thinking about it.

If last year was the best the BCS could do it has a problem. What about the year before? no better. The BCS has an idea about who they would like to see in their version of "the best", it comes down to...who is going to throw the most money in our pockets to watch the game. You wouldn't last in a play off.

If Tennessee would start acting like Tennessee, people will stop talking about our weak SEC schedule. I blame Tennessee.

Or were you being sarcastic and suggesting that the point of the BCS was to match up the #1 and #2 team in the country as long as they haven't already played?

Who do you think was more deserving than...

Alabama and Notre Dame?

Alabama and LSU?

Alabama and Texas?

If Alabama was not deserving of the NC, then surely you have someone in mind who was, and why.

I personally would have much rather seen Bammers vs Ducks last year than Bammers vs the Catholics.

Not saying the Ducks were deserving, just saying I could smell the ND blowout 10 miles away. They had no hope.

I think the Ducks could have made it a game.

Ugh...I don't like the Bammers and refuse to take up for them but they have deserved their national championships. And there schedules havent been cake walks no more than anyone else in the SEC. Opening up against Penn State 2X, Michigan and Virginia Tech is not easy first of the season games. Then you factor in the SEC schedule so I see no problem with the Colorado States and Georgia States of the world. Easy road schedule but still SEC teams.

It doesnt really matter because if bama didn't go to the NC, they would just claim it anyway. Got 15? Neither do you
