The things that struck me, watching that game:
1. Ole Miss is a scarier team than I imagined them being. I found myself happy not to be playing them again this year as I watched them methodically answer every challenge Bama could throw out.
2. Bama just kept coming back. Hate Saban all we like, that dude knows how to keep a bunch of young men focused. They just kept rising from the dead, over and over, each time they looked to be out of it for good. They were like the zombie, getting up over and over again, before you learned that only a head shot would do.
3. Kiffin sucks. I know I'm holding on far too far beyond when it was useful or therapeutic to hate the punk, but it remains very soothing to watch him flounder in frustration on the sideline.
I look forward to every Tennessee ball game, but the anticipation of the Bama game is definitely tinged with some apprehension. They remain a VERY good team.
