I would think that arrogance would be dogged, unwavering commitment to doing things the way you've always done them.

I just wonder if he saw the records that Bama set offensively last year and thought it would work with any QB. But we have a bunch of guys who didn't live out of the shotgun in high school (or at FSU in Coker's case).
