Didn't mean to kinda give away your location😂. I just recall you mentioning somewhere close to *****, so I used ********* Maybe I've got it backwards, sorry😁. But yes, I'm definitely hoping to get to make a trip. I'll let you know.

All good. Most here know where I am. The Ahmaud Arbery thread should have dialed me in. I know two of the involved defendants...one personally...and it hurts me to say that I believe a professional acquaintance is likely guilty of murder. It is what it is. My oath trumps all personal allegiance.

Try "Wendell Harper" or "Mike Evans" on your Google search. Either one of those guys could catch fish in a toilet. They're not cheap, but they come home with full coolers, so...

You're looking at roughly $400-$500 for a 4 to 6 hour trip for 2 people. If memory serves, each additional person is ~$100.

Look up Free Spooling Charters (Wendell Harper), and Flatwater Outfitters (Mike Evans). Read the reviews. Both are top-notch charter captains.

Invasive carp... I advocate that electric current fishing be trailed for the harvest of invasive carp and the release of native species. If this can make a dent in the population without harm to native species, open it up. If a market cannot be sustained for the human consumption of the carp, then process it into pet food, fish food, fish meal, livestock feed, and fertilizer. Save our river systems. Save our lakes. Save our native species. Kill the invasive carp!

I have no clue, maybe they get startled. We had one jump in the back of our boat and chit everywhere before we could get it out. They will jump in front of the boat too and knock the chit out of you if they hit you.
