Traded my 16 gauge model 11 for a top of the line 1938 tenor sax in 1979. I’ve learned to resolve regrets.

Fired it at an indoor range - 10, 15, and 25 yards. First time I’ve fired a handgun since 1982. That was a full frame .44 magnum out of doors.

Still want a GP100 w 3 or 4 inch barrel. The SP was in inventory, and my wife wants to shoot a smaller gun. She will handle it well with .38 special rounds.

Now, if/when I get a GP, watch her wind up preferring the larger gun... 🤨

Red likes target with the American 45. It’s not as snappy as the lcp2 or her EC9 sup.

My background check was delayed due to volume of requests being processed. It came back clear ~1 hour after I left the shop. Today was my first opportunity to pick it up.

When the range heard about my delay, they comped the lane (didn’t hurt that I bought 2 boxes of ammo - 38 & 357).

I bought a gun on Election Day. I expected the check to take forever so I told the counter guy I’d be back the next day. It came back before I could walk away. Maybe 2 minutes. I guess nobody is buying on Election Day. Lol

The thing I like about Ruger revolvers is that they can be run over by a heavy tracked vehicle, and they’re no worse for it.

You will love the GP 100. I got the 7 shot 4.2 inch barrel. Kinda surprised that you was able to get 357 ammo. Maybe I better go look again.

Never mind I found the post.

A buddy of mine has offered me a GP100 in 357. I just got a lever action rifle in 357 so I’m considering it.
