Baseball Park And Fundraising Segments On Yesterday's Sports Source Edition On You tube

I guess your talking about Vanderbilt, but as with all things, beauty is in the eye of the beholder right? Their players like it especially former ones who come back and train there in the off season.

LNS has that same charm. Yes, there will be improvements, but the stadium is NOT the reason players choose a school. IMO

I agree it’s not the sole reason, might even be down the list. Players want to go where they feel they can be successful and baseball in general is it’s own unique animal in that regard.

Once again, and as someone that played on Hawkins and LNS, we disagree.
Played on? So your experience on the field makes you more qualified to comment on stadiums? Hawkins sucks in terms of amenities, walking 3 miles from the outfield through Memorial to use a bathroom in the football stadium is uniquely stupid and inconvenient. The lack of foul territory is annoying IMO but the aesthetics of the stadium, especially the exterior favor Hawkins. I don’t think it’s much below or above LNS in overall terms.

Does it hurt your feelings that I played at both stadiums in college?
I tell you what, you state your opinion from the bleachers, which I actually respect, and I will state mine, deal?

Pot meet kettle when it comes to failing to answer questions. But to answer you, no it doesn’t bother me that you played on both fields. Maybe if I wasn’t 5’8 145 when I graduated HS my post HS baseball career could’ve continued and I could’ve joined you. But it didn’t so congrats big timer. Hopefully one day we’ll be good enough to garner you writing one of those big checks again.

When you have nothing else to say...

. . .

I was showing my 13-year-old daughter around campus and had to admit I had not been into quite a few of the buildings. Volunteer Boulevard is the nicest roadway in the region now. The ugly stuff from the 60s is nearly gone. (We're looking at your Fraternity Row) . . .

Maybe the fraternity houses need to be moved again find a place like they did for the sororities. The school can use their current locations for more efficient uses than social clubs. There's your track facility and intramural facility right there
The fraternity houses are housing.
