Basketball attendance down

I will say this, college basketball games can be really dull to attend in person. So many timeouts, and they never really fill time with anything interesting. I love how at an nba there is stuff constantly going on to keep your attention during stoppages.

This is more of an indictment on my attention span, than the university.

What is the deal with no home game against Kentucky? That is bs. What, are they afraid to return to Knoxville after that beat down last season? Yet another reason I hate those sons of you know what!! I hope they get their arse handed to them in every game.

I disagree. Attending games in person is anything but dull. I was at the Tennessee-kentucky game in Knoxville last season, and even though we blew them out, it was an absolute blast. Thompson Boling Arena is one of the best venues in all of college basketball.

I wasn't going to say it until you said it yourself in the last sentence. I will agree, however, that NBA games can be very entertaining. But, if you are a basketball enthusiast (which you probably are), then high level college games are fun to watch in person.

Got nothing to do with them. The conference set up the schedule. We will have them here next year... and some years will play them twice.

I think this team will be a #8-#10 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Attendance will get better.
