Battle @ Bristol vs. Cowboys Classic

30+ incoming freshmen/JUCO's with 14 of them EE's. Some of that will be translating to the field THIS season, hence the immediate concern for Saban.

You can't tell me the Bama coaching staff has already written off UT this year. Past success doesn't dictate the results on the field in the future. No matter what the line/predictions are for a game, upsets happen all the time.

Written off and major concern aren't the same thing. I doubt seriously Alabama has written off any team.

It's pretty obvious you are seeing all this through orange colored glasses.

How many do they actually expect to show up?

From what I have read close to 160,000 but who really knows until the date gets closer.

Y! SPORTS

According to the link, "Tennessee has sold out of its 40,000 ticket allotment for the Battle at Bristol"

"A football game that is more than 2 1/2 years away."

Wow, I honestly couldn't imagine that many. I mean, that's like the sum of five years worth of games at Vanderbilt.

Maybe POS Kiffin will find out how well he is liked by the Trojan fans in that game and compare that to his visit in Knoxville this year. I didn't realize that Saban was ignorant, but by hiring Kiffin, it shows that the Alabama ignorance (Pride), is taking it's toll on him as well.
