BCS Top 10

Who have they beaten this year?

Va Tech (preseason #10..... now???)
Oregon St (at the time #25..... now???)

They need to join a real conference, play real teams, or just STFU!!!:)

Michigan State has more to say than BSU, and they at least play another ranked team. I'm not a fan of MSU.... just stating the facts.
Look a few posts up, VaTech is 25th in the BCS and has a very real chance to win the ACC.

I can see no legitimate reason for holding this team back, They have been nothing short of dominant in and out of conference play for nearly a decade and they've never complained. As far as MSU is concerned, they beat a bad ND team, a Mich team with no defense and Wisconsin... Sounds kind of like what BSU has done if you ask me.

Where are these teams ranked today?

Not the point, the point is that they are beating up on these teams like any elite program would. They have consistently shown over the years and this year that they do not play down to competition and when they play the big boys they handle business, go ask Bob Stoops and Chip Kelly what I'm talking about.

You're taking 25% of a team's schedule, and just off of that alone, you're saying that Boise should play for a national title.

When you have 9 of "those teams" on your schedule, it's a problem.

Must have missed where Boise's AD keeps whining to the NCAA to mandate home and home series.

Wisconsin just beat the #1 team. Did any of BSU opponents do that? No, (preseason #10) Va Tech got beat by James Madison. LOL

I fail to see how VT losing to James Madison affects BSU's standings in the BCS. As long as Boise didn't lose to JM it shouldn't affect anything.

Well its hardly their fault now is it? They went out and scheduled whoever would play them and they've won those games and until they can get into a AQ conference that's all anyone can ask of them. You ask me I think these guys are legit.

Some of the computer rankings are interesting. OU comes out as #1 in all but 2 of the computers. Oregon ranges anywhere from 2-11. Auburn had a #2 rating in 2 of the computer polls. Missouri is rated anywhere from 2, to one computer having the Tigers not even in it's top 25. LSU is rated #1 in a couple as well.

Overall, the computers say..

1. Oklahoma
2. LSU
3. Auburn
4. Michigan State
5. TCU
6. Missouri
7. Boise State
8. Oregon
9. Oklahoma State
10. Stanford

No, they've only played the teams that will graciously give them their ridiculous demands.

Texas lost to UCLA, badly at that and at home and it hasn't hurt OU. I fail to see your logic.

Because BSU beat a "supposedly" #10 team in the country that got beat by a Div I-AA team the next week.

And good for them, I would imagine most BCS teams they approach don't want to play in Boise. Like you would ever in a million years see Ohio State play AT Eastern Michigan.

I will say that the BCS doesn't allow MOV to be taken into account, which isn't fair.

I don't know, Wyoming can get a two for one deal with Texas. Yeah, that's right. Texas, during the '09 season, played Wyoming in Laramie.
