Be Realistic, How Many Wins This Season?

6 during the season and hopefully 7 with a bowl win.

That being said it wouldn't come as a major shock to me if we win as many as 8 or as few as 4. I honestly have no idea of what to expect out of this team. Its going to be an interesting year for sure. Go Vols:rock:

Anything less then six will be a huge disappointment.

Since I'm afraid we'll probably lose our opening game, I think no more than 5 wins.

Agree. I think a much more realistic poll would be taken after the 1st game. Too many are assuming USU is a given W. Based on the total lack of stopping the run for most of last year, I think this D is not much better this year. Our LB are just too slow and weak.

Realistically, 8 wins, With the improvements in talent and speed on both sides of the ball, better QB play than last year, and better coaching than we have had in 5-6 years, 8 wins is very realistic. Just having the same coaching staff should be worth at least one.

But, as many people have already mentioned, I believe it will all come down to having a relatively injury free year, fingers crossed and a silent prayer.
