Beer (and beer pics!)

I was talking about real cherries and vanilla extract. What you think?

I just don't think you'll get much flavor from real cherries. You could puree them. You'll also probably need to heat them to kill any wild yeast or bacteria. You could also get canned pureed cherries for making wine. If you can find an extract that wont give a cough syrup flavor that would certainly be easier.

Went to the new Wiseacre Brewing opening last night in Memphis. Good first day for them, place was packed.

They should be represented tonight at Taste of Tennessee. If anyone is going, I'll be the big guy in Titan's jersey and khaki shorts. I'll be part of the production team for Rhizome.
 
FYI...Yazoo having their 10th anniversary celebration tonight and tomorrow night. Special beers being tapped, especially tomorrow, food and music.
