Beer (and beer pics!)

I'm just jealous.

Have you tried the Bourbon Barrel Arrogant Bastard? They have it at the Saucer but I passed on it today.

I used to be a huge Stone fan specifically Double Bastard, but my tastes have just changed over the years, it just happens. I used to love strong ales but now I'm way more into imperial stouts, barleywines and sours.

I'm becoming a pretty big fan of sours and barleywines myself. Especially a good sour.

Have you tried the Tin Man Damascene? It was the first beer I've tried from them and I didn't think it was too bad at all. It was an apricot sour.

They were giving out free beer at the Blue Canoe in Tupelo. I skipped because I had to run sound for a practice. And then it got cancelled because the guitar players are lazy.

We should drink sometime.

I live in Hickman county, not anywhere worth a damn to drink here or in Dickson, but I'd be down to grab a puss water here or a good one in Nashville if you're ever in the area. You live in Selmer don't you? Or am I thinking of someone else?

It's really because I'm good friends with the guy that sells all those Whaleslayer bottle openers. That has paid serious benefits.

James? That guy is awesome. Met him at the Tupelo beer fest after party a couple of years ago.

Btw...you said you had to run sound for practice, are you an audio guy? Work in video post myself...

Yeah, JR shared some BCBS Vanilla with me the other day, his generosity blows my mind sometimes. He brings in some big beers with trades for his openers, I need a craft that could do the same.

And yes, I do run sound, but that's it. All the video tech stuff changes too much for me to be able to keep up so I just push sliders around instead.

Stumbled upon a bottle of embrace the funk in the store.

Hefty price tag, but I'll support a yazoo sour all day.

In Toronto for the weekend, this is a great beer...

My first trip to Canada btw.

There is a brewery in Knoxville called Fanatic. No idea where, but good pale ale.

Brewhibition devolved into me going through the Yazoo line in an attempt to drink all the Sue, tho.
