Bench Maymon

Agree. The blanket statement, "Bench Maymon.", is a little over the top, but for that game, another option should have been explored, at the very least.

Name him because there isn't anyone on the bench at the moment better than Maymon. So he plays at all times. This is basically what Pearl left us.

Maymon probably needs to play less minutes with Moore and Reese getting more minutes at that position. I'd probably work a 10-5-5 with those three in rotation per half.

any player that would've put up zero's on the stat sheet at that time is a better option. That makes Reese, Moore, Davis and Chievous options that are better than 2 pts and 8 turnovers.

It's basketball. Players play bad and sit. Maymon didn't sit and it hurt the team that game to have him on the floor.

It appears you may be emotional about it to realize its a basketball game and 2ts, 8 to's means you sit, at any level of basketball.

Emotional about it, lol!!!! You must work for an airline. I wasn't emotionable about anything. My point is you don't sit your 3rd leading scorer and 2nd leading rebounder.

emotional is the wrong word. The point is at times, it doesn't matter if a player is one of your better ones. You can't let how he can play affect your decision about winning that specific game at that time and that was a time that Maymon should have sat down for awhile.

People make it personal like it's an attack on Maymon, but it's a game and people have bad ones. A little time on the bench is good when the ball is bouncing like it was for him

Armani Moore is nearly as good a rebounder, and isn't going to be so aggressive offensively to commit 8 TOs. Again, I don't think you bench Maymon as a general rule, but in that game, he kilked us. Defend it any way you want.
