For some reason I didn't realize that last night's episode was the season finale. I thought there was one more.
I was kinda distracted while watching but the finale seemed like a throw-away episode at first blush. But I suppose it is necessary to explain what caused "slipping Jimmy" to return to form and begin the transformation into Saul.
One of the things that irks me is pulling for Jimmy to get his due and win a bunch of money in these lawsuits. Or win some huge courtcase on his own. But, I don't remember him being portrayed in BB as a formerly successful attorney. He was just a slimeball attorney who knew how to play the game. Maybe i'm misremembering.
In summary, I absolutely loved this show and was shocked by just how much I liked it. I was expecting much less but was hooked by the time the jury found those two boys guilty of molesting the corpse in the first few minutes of episode one. Classic opening to a great show.
