Wow, so Hat you are 0-4 in your game predictions (see the trap) but you are crowing already?
I said LSU will win more non conference games this year than last. I am very surprised that they lost to Nicholls and turned the ball over as much as they did, but hopeful still that the freshman who played half their minutes will continue to improve. Craft, Sullinger and Tobias Harris were the exception to the rule that it takes a while for a freshman to perform well.
Florida is tougher inside this year than last, somehow people want to forget about the first half. They were demoralized by the zebras never giving them a call on obvious OSU charges, and they reverted back to losing the biggest scoring threat in the game in Sullinger. That goes for the freshmen and Maclin. Tyus and Parsons are soft and will continue to be soft, there is nothing they can do about it but get their chromosomes checked. They would be awesome women's basketball players.
Florida will still win a ton of games this year.
Georgia had a nice win, and has a lot more opportunities in front of them.
LSU had a horrible loss.
Florida's loss was not horrible.
South Carolina had a good loss. It was not as good as Miami v Memphis, but let Kentucky play Iowa and see if they can keep it that close. Darrin Horn will win more OOC games this year than last.
I made my prediction and overall I said I thought that team by team, the SEC would win more OOC games this year than last, except for Auburn who would SUCK like a black hole. I still feel good about that.
Virginia Tech may improve a great deal, but they are not as good as Hat thought.
San Diego State is not a top 10 team, but they looked very solid beating Gonzaga.
Oklahoma sucks. Baylor is not as good as last year. The Big 12 has a long way to go to show that they are a top 2 league as many have said.
