You're probably one of those who says "if we hadn't shot 32% from the field, we would have won by 10." All the while, never considering the fact that the opponent defended against that team.

A weak LSU team already with a loss at home to Nicholls State plays my Memphis Tigers in Tupelo today. This could be a chance for LSU to give the league recognition against our young team or get destroyed. Im expecting Memphis to win but we are young so it could be interesting.

MHF, I still don't get your aversion to Craft the snitch, but your blind loyalty to Pearl the snitch? Care to clarify that for me?

One team paying a player cash is to me different than going to a bbq with 50 people.

I would honestly not be mad if Craft had snitched when he first switched his commit because he was deeply troubled that Pearl let him come to a bbq he showed up to. When the team you ditched beats the new team you went with and the coaches push you to dig up any dirt you can think of? That is pathetic and makes Craft a guy who I have zero respect for.

Someone can look really hard for a long time for a time when I said Bruce Pearl had a commendable personal life.

I detest it.

If Aaron Craft 10 years from now became our coach, I would not hate him. I do think he is pathetic for what he did.

I also agree that Bruce was very hypocritical in regards to the NCAA rules.

I think Vol fans will be happy in December when the letter comes.
I think several people on here will be sad, which should tell us a lot about their allegiance.

Maybe if Pearl had done what Thomas testified to the NCAA that he asked him to do about 10 times, i.e. stop calling him, he never gets lied to. Amazing how it's always Pearl's arrogance in thinking that he gets to do whatever he damn well pleases that gets him in these messes.

Nobody is going to be happy if the letter comes and it sets the program back. That said, I don't think Pearl is long for Tennessee regardless. Knowing that Tennessee can get a good coach for the kind of money they are willing to pay eases my mind when it comes to that. All these folks that think that the program is done when he is gone are just ignorant.
