so you would be just as much in the wrong for discriminating.

I don't think anyone is trying to make it illegal either. I'm just stating it's unfair to give non homosexual couples federal breaks without offering them to homosexual couples.

In traditional marriages there is the benefit to the state of procreation. That is the only legitimate argument I could think of.
