I believe Joe got more votes. I don't believe all those votes are legitimate. There is a major problem with mail in ballots. Way too easy for tomb stones to be voting but the republicans didn't properly pursue it.

What's wrong with having a 5x7 registration card with a finger print? No ID, no voting card, no other form or identification necessary. Prints can be scanned and ratified by the thousands per minute. No way to cheat with prints.

The country my wife is from requires an ID card (with print) and the voter puts their fingerprint on the ballot with a near-unwashable ink. Effective, cheap, no cries of racism, no double voting.
