We'll just have to semi-disagree here. The detour the nation has taken from God to Satan isn't a left only thing, nor is it a right only thing. America was built on bigotry, discrimination, and hatreds. This reality does taste well to many. But Euros journeyed to the Americas for economic reasons foremost. On arrival, the goal became conquest of an "inferior" people. Which led to exploitation of the same while hypocritically preaching Christian peace, which actually was fled persecution using religion as a drug to make "them" subordinate. And to murder those who provided meaningful resistance. In the USA, said religion became justification for murder campaigns. This attitude by Euros in a global attitude, which is why it isn't limited to the USA, to this day. Trumpers are just more forthright about this. Leftist mouth one thing, but practice the same thing. Both are misguided because they both turned away from what the Bible actually instructs, even mandates, to man-made constructs to justify hatred, oppression, cruelty, and various other destructive behaviors. Then you disagree with God. His Son and missionary to the Gentiles assure us via prophesy of the signs we will see as He stands up and finally says, He who is just, let him be just still, he who is unjust, let him be unjust still." The door to redemption is closing. We have entered what the DSon called, the beginning of sorrows. Humans have not the power, nor the will, to stem the ride now unleashed.
The evil we both see is prophesized. God spoke it, so it will be done. Seeing this, we need to as individuals turn our attention to our personal relationship with Him before the prophesized sudden destruction is upon us. Using religion as a weapon instead of a guide to salvation is anti-Christ. Lefists and rightist are both damned if they don't turn from their paths of sin.

The bold is EXACTLY why I don't like the left. They try to scrub Christianity out of everything and limit speech about it. Salvation should be talked about across the board. Republicans aren't great either though. When is the last time a Politician actually truly talked about the gospel?

The Democrat party started slavery and supported it (Confederates were Democratic), they started Jim Crow, the took prayer out of school, they encouraged free love (which is really what destroyed the family), they pushed for abortion (90% of abortions are a consequence of a woman having sex outside of marriage which is a sin and violates God's law), Democrat panders Hollywood and the Elites to Americans, Democrats mock religious people like Billy Graham, Democrats push for pornographic materials in our school system, etc.

I haven't done enough, but I have done a lot of missionary work inside and outside this country.
People that I went to in Highschool and College can attest to all of this. When most were partying, I cared for others and I joined groups like FCA, Campus Crusade (at the University of Tennessee), etc. Even then, I didn't throw away my lost friends or not have a helping hand. I have been overseas on Mission work. I attended Church throughout my youth. I sacrificed for my community, even doing legal work for free. I joined Freemasonry and have done a lot for that organization. I went over seas and adopted my daughter and lived in another nation. I have also never slept with anyone but my wife.
I put my money where my mouth is but even I am not perfect. However, I am confident I am correct on these points. You say I disagree with God, but my own pastor backed up everything that I said at Revival along with many other pastors in my area. By the way, my church is so small that we don't even have paid pastors.
I am Teflon, throw your barbs at me but I have lived my life the best that I could to do what was right always. I am telling you the Democrats are the greater evil and bringing them down would glorified God. They drew first blew with me, I never started any of this but they said we should all "change" to fit their morality. My mom was a solid Democrat until she heard that phrase from Hillary.
Also, just because America is bad, it doesn't mean that all people are bad. I had the pleasure of meeting very solid Christians overseas that had nothing but still praised God.
