Yeah I think this is probably correct
They could take the opportunity to move PSU below OSU since OSU beat PSU at PSU. They may also try to avoid a B1G match up in the first round by swapping PSU and Texas.
Is TN verses OSU a better than TX verses OSU? I know they would probably like to keep the Notre Dame and Bama match up but I don't believe Bama will stay at 12 if Clemson wins - I think Clemson will be 12 as they will be ranked outside of the top 12 and the last conference in, which implies Bama will be at least 11 and play Texas. That then leads to both and SEC and B1G matchup which I think they will try to avoid.
