That's illegal, they're an endangered species.
I think that's a matter of where you are located. If there's a federal protection I'm not aware of it at this time though in some states game laws would make taking such an animal illegal since there's no season to legally shoot one.
Having said that if one could plausibly claim self defense it probably wouldn't matter regardless.
I don't think you can equate, Sasquatch to a Special Forces soldier
Sasquatch if they exist are an animal, and just like how most animals are seen and found, if they exist they will be found
Given the explosion in population and growth, if they were around they would be foraging for food, in dumpsters like raccoons and bears
there might be "forest people"/" sasquatches", but they aren't the same as special forces soldiers, so it's a poor comparison
It actually is a very good comparison. - they are trained from birth to be stealthy and avoid being seen - they blend in to their surrounding and are masters at camo - they are lethal stalkers and hunters - don't leave any injured behind - they have an arsenal of weapons and strategies both defensive and offensive and they are a people - so I see a lot of similarities.
What's the difference between "forest people" and bigfoot?
Finding Bigfoot is going to do a show here. I've got to get a power T in the show.
Time to stalk to hunters.

If they are a family unit, why are most of the sightings of individual squatches
I can equate - and I did equate - you don't have to either like or believe it but they are a forest "people" - most people including the finding bigfoot team are out searching for a North American Ape so I appreciate where you are coming from - but for me, my dealings will continue to be with "forest people".
They typically live in clans - and they have a lot of little ones which are almost never seen - I think they are in many remote to semi remote areas that have good water and plenty of wildlife. They are probably within 50 miles of you- I am confident they are within 50 miles of me. If one is seen - there are more than likely others very close and hidden - there are exceptions of course.
Bigfoot Sasquatch yeti skunk ape are all names to describe the same group of people that have been saying for years throughout almost every country in the world. Bigfoot was coin from newspaper articles in California and I believe the 50s when there was a string of footprints found. Forest people is what they actually are.Matt moneymaker is the head of the president of the BFR oh he's the founder he believes these are great North American apes. So the BFR O for the most part and the people on the show finding Bigfoot are out in search of a North American ape.
I think if you're going to the filming of one of their shows which I've been to three now that you just need to be polite and go along with their approach. Their show is about ratings and TV advertising and They actually do a very good job as far as just making people aware that there is something out there.shining a light on the subject so to speak.
