A guy in Atlanta lost his ass day trading and shot up the trading firms. It’s not really a stretch to believe that it’s possible that if a VN member loses their savings and have their life ruined after following the advice being offered up in here that they wouldn’t litigate.

I guess that you’re a genius for calling somebody dumb. Does that make you feel better about yourself?

You won’t find a lawyer to take on just any case. It’s easier to do if a staff member of a business goes against their own published rule while mocking a poster with an opinion counter to one that if followed could result in real loss of wealth. That is the point… not simply that somebody making a poor decision might could sue. You do know that every real financial advisor has their clients sign lengthy agreements, no?

Even as someone that buys crypto, this is one of my issues. I have found it difficult to purchase some of them, the idea of easily using it as a currency seems far down the road.

Would it put you at ease if everyone told you they aren't risking their mortgage and college fund on crypto speculation?
