You know why the mouse trap works? The mouse does not understand why the cheese is free.

This reset is being sold with a lot of promises like a level playing field for all and other things for another topic. The cards have been played well and the masses will probably go with it because the path of least resistance is the one taken most of the time.

All of those keyboard warriors that think countering this by screaming all this fools gold will collapse on itself or short the banks and show them who is boss will be eaten alive. Jumping in front of this train will get you nowhere. This has been in the works for over a decade and you are correct it is coming for sure.

A silver lining can be found if you position yourself now. This new system will work very well to the benefit of those that see the advantages before it is to late to get in on them..

There is no silver lining IMO other than some temporary monetary gain. Much more lost.

This Reece guy is convinced he is going to be a millionaire by investing in crypto currencies and maybe he will be. I look at this as a big Ponzie scheme and some will come out ahead and a whole bunch of people will lose.

I am only convinced of one thing. Those that think being a keyboard commando and screaming loud enough will stop this are fools and will be eaten alive.

I have been consistent on this and think early investors will have great gains. They want you in this for a reason. I have spare cash I could get in, but will pass. Enjoy your riches.

Hey dude, I've made my money I don't need to invest in anything to have a nice life. Like I said, you may make your money in the crypto and good for you if you do, screaming louder doesn't make you right. Time will be the judge of this argument and I've been around long enough to see what happens to retail investors when they try and play with the big boys.

It would be a more believable story if there were just a handful of crypto currencies. There are thousands of them which runs counter to one of the main selling points of limits on the number of tokens in existence. There might be a finite number of Bitcoins, but when an infinite number of different branded coins can be created along with a seamless, near zero cost method of exchange amongst them a stable value can never be established. The other big selling point is anonymity, which big government and big banking is working against.

Can’t compare them to precious metal as a store of value until gold, silver, platinum, etc can be produced in unlimited quantities.. Can’t compare them to equities since they can’t produce a product and generate income. Can’t even expect there to be a lending market unless the price volatility of coins is eliminated or at least reduced by greater than 90%.

I’m pretty much a pass unless I become involved with short term trading or some picks and shovels businesses.

Oh, I'm fully aware of that. The problem I see is that the sheeple will be begging for CBDCs offering safety and security and not wanting to be labeled as criminals or terrorists.

That is very true.

Right now the Fed, WEF, and BIS are doing a very good job of spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt on the elements that they will be using in the upgrade to the world economic system while they promote central bank digital currencies for each central bank.

Freedom from regulation is not even close to being the entire point of it and you don't have to use an exchange, or specifically this exchange.

Whoever thought crypto was free from regulation was fooling themselves and that's not what is meant by defi.

And this only applies to new users who have only completed basic account verification.

Gaslighting. That was the very foundation that the bull market in cryptos was based on. Anonymity and freedom of exchange outside of the system. The purpose of the blockchain was for the users to self regulate with smart contracts. That was why so many of the early entrants into cryptos were libertarians and free market guys.

Help me understand something. I was under the impression you needed keys or passwords to get access to your cryptos? Why is Binance having to govern this?

Because it's a service that makes things easier for people to trade. You don't need them at all, or their competitors, if you set up your own wallet. They are only governing what happens on their platform.

Mainstream sheep probably aren't gonna bother with that. If I were you, I would be concerned because it won't be people such as yourself begging for regulations, it will be those guys. And the governments and regulators will be more than happy to do all they can to paint people like you as terrorists, criminals, money launderers, etc.
