Black jerseys to be auctioned (merged)

I agree with the pain and anger in the black community that you see ,and we all see and have seen on TV for years . Unfortunately youve never seen a white man get killed on TV by the police . So understandingly you can't see the angrish of all the white families. See I think the police have been set up since 9-11 to be a police state ,so I am with the reform the police policies..
This is BS. White people are killed by police many times more than blacks

He might be.

But I think the scene has been set. We've seen reactions to fairly innocuous statements from seemingly good people (Brees). It wasnt good.

So at this point I'm not sure you're getting a ton of honesty in the world.

I'm not in the locker room and I don't know Pruitt, but he seems like a straight forward guy who cares about his players. I think if he didnt mean what he was saying or didnt support the players' conversation, he wouldnt have said anything or made some noncommittal statement. It's not like there are other coaches in the SEC saying these things and putting pressure on him to follow suit.

...and anyone else that supports that racist, police hating organization Black Lives Matter. Demand a refund on your tickets, do not donate to UT and contact any business that advertises with Tennessee football and tell them if they advertise with UT football you will boycott them. Call in on sports talk shows and demand they step down.

No. That is a gross overreaction. While I am not sure if I agree with the actions that are being reported will occur, I will first get the details before doing something wild like grabbing some bricks and burning down the house

Does OP:

1) Cross the street when a black person is walking toward them?

2) Let his daughter date a black person?

I'm going to go on a wild guess and say YES to (1) and NO to (2) 😂🤣😃. But probably starts every discussion with, "now, I'm not a racist, but...".
And the race card is dealt. Of course, it was dealt in both of Devo's posts. You are really triggered, aren't you?

I have no doubt he cares about his players. That is where much of his success has originated.

I care about my young kids and frame conversations for them for various reasons.

These are young adults though and need some honest perspective. I bet he also believes in policing but wouldnt dare make that a point right now.

Great! Then you can divert resources to those needs (or maybe address their root causes?). Rather than having militarized police taking on mentally ill, drug, domestic issues, traffic calls. The current system is entirely inefficient.

Maybe you should research the strategies more. You might like them.

I actually think some of those are good ideas and are worthy of discussion.

Sad. The inhumaneness. Must be an atheist. Or something.

I think the inhumanness lies with the thugs committing violent crimes every day. That murder people every day. That continue to do it no matter what is done to give them a different life path. As for Africa, you hear everyday of mass murders of Christians or whoever and it’s not by “atheists”.

It's possible to believe in policing, but also believe in police reform or at least his players' support of it. I understand the BLM organization may not be the best tool for that, but at this point I have no reason to question his motives are genuine.

Because they’ve worked so well so far. Root cause? Nobody wants to talk about that.

Middle East is all violent criminals now? Seems good reason to not care about Jews, Lebanese, Syrians, and so on. Gtofh
