Bo Davis (Bama) to leave his position due to allegation of recruiting violations

No one is saying sanctions will fall on Bama, of course Davis will take the brunt of it. It still reflects on the school, hence why every one of your examples was relieved of their duties.

No, what you said was that Saban had to know Davis' whereabouts and the reason he was there. I pointed out that it could be the former without the latter. At least officially.

You're naive or stupid if you don't think Saban was aware. Davis takes the fall and doesn't squeal because he wants to work again some day.

Dumbest post of the year. He looks at phone records to make sure calls are made, you bet he knows where the ****ing coach is and isnt.

We all know that Saban is protected. He will not see any negatives on this. Of course bamawriter can pretend that Saban didnt know anything all day but its just a lie. Saban is guilty but his connections will keep him shielded.

I'll wait for you to link or quote anything close to that.

you think all your number one recruiting classes just happen by chance and that Saban doesn't know or have a good idea where his coaches are?

I would be willing to bet Butch could tell you about everyone of his coaches and where they should be.

unless you are saying Bo Davis just went straight rogue in his recruiting efforts.

Of course they think that.

Question is, if you are always raking in #1 classes, then why does one coach all of a sudden think he has to go outside the lines????? Hmmmm...

Same challenge to you:

Link or quote me saying anything like that.

you know I can't. Its against the rules for coaches to discuss specific players. so yeah I am not going to be able to quote any coach, unless the aid agreement has been signed, saying yes my coach was able ACME high school recruiting John Jones as a quarterback. the closest I can come is some of the signing day stories about how these players talk to each coach for congratulations and they can hold a conversation with any of them. there is some back and forth there but we ,the public, can never know the exact details.

the coaches talk to each other, they have to, no overlapping visits, keeping each other up to date on certain details.

so unless you are saying Davis went completely rogue and spent his own dime and his own time for this effort, to recruit for Bama, you aren't presenting a persistent argument. you even expressed remorse that you had to fire him; if he had gone rogue I would expect some level of resentment.

Bo hid when he violated the bump rule. What Bo don't know, won't go.

Yeah keep on waiting. Saban not knowing is just like when Clinton "didnt inhale." But by all means please continue to think he is innocent in all this.

Because you seem incapable of grasping this without it being laid out in the simplest way possible, here it is in plain English:

You are arguing against a position I have not taken.

I guess Bo is just some rogue assistant who unprovinkingly puts his job, his boss and his employer on the line. A coach from Bama was caught "cheating", therefore Bama was caught cheating.

Exactly. What makes Saban successful is the fact he knows every detail of his program. This isn't Dabo, this is a calculated, narcissistic, power hungry individual. No way he allows such sloppiness in his organization.
