Will do. The Saucony pair is supposedly good for PF and I’m hoping to use them on shorter runs/sprints. I wore the initial version years and years ago

I’ve been picking up my activity level and so my PF has started showing up occasionally. Nothing like before, but I’m also being a lot more careful. Inserts, KT tape, stretching, and I’m back to doing the strengthening exercises

I do yoga 2-3 times a week in alternation with the running. It’s really helped with the PF.
