Now that the season is over, I thought we should look at Bray's stats. There has been a lot of hatred towards Bray lately and I honestly don't get it. Yes, he is immature at times, but weren't we all at that age. Does he lack leadership, none of us really know what goes on in the huddle or film room so that is hard to answer.

What you can't deny; however, is he had a great season:
Yds passing - 3,612, #1 SEC, #10 FBS
TD's - 34, #1 SEC, tied for #6 FBS
INT's - 12, of the top 10 in TD's, 5 had more pics than Bray so he was middle of the pack.

I, for one, would like to have him back. Considering the defenses he faced and the situations our defense put us in, I say he had a great year.

So, do you want him back or not?

didnt even need to read the stats.

i would like to see him back. he needs to grow(physically) a little more and mature a LOT more if he wants to have a long pro career.

even if he leaves this year he will be a 1-2 round pick but not sure if he makes it very long in the league.

The poll is wrong. If Bray leaves or continues to have problems, it may not be "Worley's time." It will be time for another QB and that opportunity will include Worley. He will not be annointed. There is competition available.

Bray is tainted due to numerous coaching changes and Dools attitude towards him. Its Worley time!

I can't imagine Worley not getting the nod. He has always impressed me, but I guess anything is possible. But, the point of the thread is do you want Bray back.

I think it's time for him to go pro for a number of reasons, but most importantly to keep from getting hurt or something else happening to ruin his draft stock. He's probably not going to get any better in the short term, so it might be wise for him to go pro and learn a system and to work on his mechanics with pro coaches.

I'd love to see what Bray could do under a quality coaching staff.

This.
He's a big league quarterback and put up big numbers in the toughest conference. If our defense had been decent we'd be carrying him out of Neyland Stadium on our shoulders. I hope he stays. We'll need his seniority now more than ever.

Too late to change Bray. I doubt the new coach will want him back. They probably want a fresh start. If Peterman brings a run threat I'm leaning toward him. I don't see Tennessee having a huge passing game next yr. gotta pound the rock with the OL.

You really think a coach wouldn't want him back, I think you are delusional.

Look at his stats against the elite.

Too late to change him? The guy doesn't need a massive overhaul.

Look at his stats against the elite.
I posted before that he is no better than mid-pack in the SEC in Efficiency Rating, Yards per attempt, and 9th out of 12 in completion percentage. Compared to Murray, McCarron, and Taj Boyd of Clemson, he is way down the list in those 3 categories.
