Don't agree with this.

Can you elaborate on the SR Pitt RB that carried the ball nearly 3x more than Lewis? Was there a Hardesty on the Panther roster last year that I wasn't aware of?

I just don't understand tearing Bryce down before he could even play in a game where he's given more than 13 carries.

well Ray graham was supposed to be the star RB at Pitt, problem was that Dion outright beat him for the starting job, something Bryce couldnt do to hardesty. Dion was one of the best RBs in the country, talkin top 5, undeniably

No doubt, which I why I'm excited to get a guy like Smith committed because Pitt can definitely eval RB's and if they see something there, I'm on board fully.

I just think Hardesty proved his worth early last season, and we continued to ride the momentum with him; it was a good gameplan that I think most coaching staffs would have done.

I just don't think you can say Bryce as a true FR back who was handed the ball 100 times in the SEC was an underachievement unless he averaged less than 4.0/yds a carry or caught massive fumblitis.

But anyway, this thread is rambling off of Randolph who is another ballplayer with a legit offer list, and I'm excited to have him.

You are so right. I mean, nothing like running over all Big East Defenses. I mean, how dare Bryce Brown not beat out a 2nd round pick. What a terrible job. I mean look at Peyton Manning, he couldn't beat out Jimmy Colquitt or Todd Helton when he first got here. Obviously he was a bust.

Seriously...posters on this board do it all the time. Dooley hasn't coached a game, posters haven't seen one Dooley recruit on the field, but UT has gone straight to hell in a handbasket. :)

Since we have so many experienced evaluators and coaches around this joint you should never be shocked by anything that might be said....after all these guys KNOW :crazy:
