I thought of that today, and I'm going to say yes. No doubt he was mad at Kenseth, but I think the helmet throwing was added on. Plus the raising his arms up afterward to "pump up" the crowd kinda gave it away.

Could be, I would say it was more his anger getting the best of him. he finally had his car driving halfway decent after struggling for a few races at Bristol and got taken out.

I was there for the race this weekend. 10 rows off the track in turn 1-2! It was my first Nascar race and it was AMAZING. I had a blast.

I was listening to Danica on the scanner too when she got wrecked, that was the most awesome thing Ive heard in awhile. She flat went off on that guy. Said things I cant post on here without it being a bunch of censored stars lol.

The funny thing is, Regan is far far more talented than she will ever be as well.
