No. I didn't. Bruce isn't my hero. I don't even think he's a great coach.

If you follow the basketball forum at all, you would know that there are a few on this board that hold Kevin O'Neil as the beacon of coaching glory, yet hate BP with a passion. It seems as if this thread sort of a muck raking attempt to expose said members for what they are.

Believe what you will. I don't think Bruce is in the top 10-15 coaches in the NCAA. I know Kevin O'Neill isn't in the top 50.

USC beat UT and VCU almost beat UT (and that was when UT was playing good ball). They're not a bad team at all

Doesn't matter, play in game for the tournament and Kevin's ability to rally and motivate his team at a crucial juncture proves fatal once again. Great mind, horrible coach.

His ability to motivate his team was probably damaged by him getting suspended for a very crucial PAC 10 tournament. I'm sure it's someone else's fault that he got belligerent and verbally assaulted a booster of another school the night before a game.

2. What makes you think that because someone knows Kevin they are unable to objectively evaluate him as a coach?

3. What makes you think anybody cares if you are annoyed?

I just looked at the roster. 5'7", 5'10", 6'.

It was tough to tell on the television, but my guess is that those numbers are optimistic. How the hell did they beat UT?

EDIT: And Texas? And Arizona? After watching them, I am more than a little baffled.

Vucevic is a legit player and they're pretty physical. some truly poor offensive gameplanning last night though.
