No, of course not!!

Look, my point is that this little gaffe -- and its not a big deal in and of itself, I'll admit -- is that it pretty much sums up his presidency. This country needs smart people running it. Sophisticated people. Wise. People who are curious and think through policy decisions, who read and study and seek counsel from those who know.

And instead we got a guy for 8 years who is basically the fourth stooge. It just boggles the mind that he has been the leader of the free world.

Mind you, I wish that the Democrats could have done better than either Hillary or Obama. She is smart and clever, but she's insincere and I think we are all tired of that. He's slick and smart, but inexperienced and a bit naive and that brings with it its own set of problems.

Just can't understand how neither party can manage to recruit someone who is charasmatic, intelligent, and good hearted. In the meantime, though, don't expect me to look the other way while this guy basically wants to play kick the can or Twister while the economy goes down the tubes.

Speaking of Bush, what I don't understand is that many of you hate socialism but in the same breath defend this guy in which spends like there is no tomorrow and has increased our government to its largest size ever.

no other option would have been any better. You could have Gore or Kerry. For all his faults I'll still take W over either (and over either dim running now)

OK PJ you are way ahead of me on politics BUT how can you say they would have done bad also. I am not saying they would have done well but..................

That is how I feel, I hate that I voted for Bush twice but the alternative would have been absolute disaster over disaster.

This country will hit a crossroads and decide which direction it will head............

The Supreme Court would have been stacked with people who would make Ruth Ginsberg look like David Duke???????
