Oh I dunno, the fact that the government would be twice the size of W's?????????

The Supreme Court would have been stacked with people who would make Ruth Ginsberg look like David Duke???????
Its like saying if we had played Crompton over Ainge it would be way worse, we dont know that.

no other option would have been any better. You could have Gore or Kerry. For all his faults I'll still take W over either (and over either dim running now)

I really do think Gore would have been much better than either of the other two you mention. Whether he's right on environmental issues, or a hipocrite about them, whatever, you have to think he would have handled the Mid-East a whole lot better than Bush or Kerry and perhaps not given the oil producing nations there such an incentive to keep production levels so low in the face of increasing demand.

Agree or disagree, the democrat party has been over run with the cooks on the far left.

Dean is making a hard push to keep it that way. You know something is wrong when the Clinton's are considered moderate by their own party.

I have no problem with run of the mill democrats, I understand why they are democrat, who I can't stand is the super left.

Keep living in that little box...... face it, the democratic party is not what it used to be.

The party position is far left......

What about that little crisis that happened in September of 2001?

Happy Earth Day fellas.

Oh and boy is it humorous for someone to call Bush a buffoon and then offer up Gore.

I have sat down and thought about Gore.

I think it would have assured that he Republicans would have never lost Congress but my worry would be his response to the Middle East.

I think he would have taken from the Clinton play book and just bombed areas in Afghanistan instead of an all out military strike.

As for Iraq, that would probably be a plus for Gore because he would have never went in.

Yeah, and all our tax dollars would go towards global warming. We would all be mandated to dry our clothes by hanging them on a line and all vehicles would be outlawed except for the Prius.:p

If it were just the cooks, it would be better.

But assuming you mean "kooks," I am tempted to agree with you. But, same can be said of the Republican party every eight years.

Seems like that whenever a party is in posiiton to take the WH back, the activists come out and force the potential nominees to promise them their cause de celeb will get full attention. Republican extremists do the same thing when its their turn.
