Sounds like they need someone to make them into champions of life to me.
This would honestly be a great place for Butch. He can take the violent culture out and replace it with the soft culture that he did here.. Hell he may even be decent there with his system and the recruiting ability he has there.
For UT this is a win. Just eat into his buyout and a bigger distance from the SEC would be good for us. He should go for it and I hope if he does he gets it.

Apart from 2017, the guy has a decent track record as far as recruiting, wins/losses, GPA graduation rate etc, but no player development, loses games he should win, and lieing are his ultimate faults.

So if he says I'll do it for 200k a year, do we still have to pay him the remainder of whatever we are paying him a year? If so he could undercut the crap out of everyone else.
