His buyout was the most, like $4mil a yr. for 4 yrs. Nobody with a brain would think of hiring him at close to that.

Doesn’t have to be close to that. Anything paid offsets what UT has to pay him. He avoided paying gigs to stick it to Tennessee as long as possible.
