Bowl Games are post-season games. Butch never managed more than 8 total regular season wins, or more than 5 conference wins in a season.

He's the literal definition of what should be considered a 'mediocre' season at UT.

Haha I thought we were still paying Dooley AND butch due to a post on here. I have to say that this is good news, but apparently his buyout ends in January. Strange I never heard anyone tell me I was wrong in my posts. Especially on here With everyone off out payroll, I do not see it as a bad thing to move on from Pruitt. That said, if we somehow pull out a W against A&M now that we have found a better QB... that will not happen. Then again, I do not think the W will happen which leads me back to the point that maybe moving on from Pruitt is more of a possibility than I realized.

Arkansas St is a team that shows up on our OOC schedule every few years. Assuming Butch doesn't get fired before they show up again, should be fun.
