I'll take Butch twice on Friday and all day long and then twice on sunday, But hey, I drink the kool-aid. This team is growing and butch is doing it in the right manner.

All I have to say is... IN Butch I trust!!!!!:good!:

On another note, I love watching Urban Meyer get embarrassed at home. I think we have enough sample size of his coaching career to conclude that unless he has an elite dual threat QB, he is a very average D1 coach. Amirite?

And I bet Texas ranks much higher in all recruting rankings over the years.

I'd rather be a UT fan than be a bama fan and win a national championship every year.We all know they have the upper hand but butch is getting us closer to where we can compete. As I said, UT football is in the right hands, let him coach!:clapping:

Charlie Strong always says he never got hired as a HC because he was married to white woman,instead of correctly stating,he was a very poor interview... so yes, when you claim you should've been given a job,rightfully or not, but didnt receive it because your wife is of a different color,I have no respect for you...

and if you don't think interviews play a part,how did LK keep getting jobs from doing absolutely nothing? Great interviews...

I'm all in for Jones because the man is passionate about Tennessee. It is hard to fake that: Jones starts a lot of press conferences by talking about UT's tradition of excellence--I love that about the guy--and I think his passion is steadily turning the program around, starting with recruiting. We need to build more quality depth, but I am seeing progress. We're being hurt by having an imbalance in unit experience levels--last year no experience at skill positions vs. veteran lines and this year the opposite, and next year we will be breaking in a new QB (uggh). But we'll get it fixed and be a force--soon.
