'19 CA LB Henry To'oto'o (Tennessee Signee)

Remember Tennessee has a coach that took

Alonte taylor
Crouch
JJ Peterson
Eric Gray
Keyton
Wanna Morris

All those guys could play for ANYONE THEY WANTED. So him visiting Bama, whatever it’s what the best do.

We have a guy bulding something really special. With CONFIDENCE join him in that confidence of what is going on.

A little off topic from Polynesia, but there was an article about GA Tech recruiting Europe. They are recruiting a QB and a DT from Germany and a DB fromcEngland, and they already signed a kid from Belgium. Collins signed two OL from Sweden when he was at Temple this year and had another commitment for this year.. A recruiting service said if they rated foreign kids the DT would be a high 4*.

Going to have a good recruiting class this year. Also count transfers (esp. Solomon kid) and a couple of PWO's that have a chance to contribute down the road and it's even better. Next year's class could be special from VERY early indications. UT is close to the day where it doesn't matter where a kid visits. As long as he visits Knoxville you have a chance.

On a per-capita basis, football players of Samoan descent are statistically the most likely to play in the NFL. It makes total sense to leverage this pipeline as much as possible. There is a very well done article by Smithsonian Magazine about the history of football within the Polynesian culture, and Samoans in particular. It also provides some insight into why Utah and BYU have had deep historic pipelines into the islands.

Thanks for that. I have seen a documentary on them a while ago and peeked my interest on that per capita they are the most in the NFL. But I used to wonder why and how Utah had so many on there team. The Morman church. Make sense now.

When do they add the numbers for Solomon and Gibbs? If we add Darnell, Henry T, Russell, lose Cox, then including Solomon’s and Gibbs numbers that’s puts us at 287.86 numerical. That could be good for top 5, will definitely be good for top 7-8.
FYI, a comparable recruit (numerical wise) for
Solomon .9879 Owen Pappoe .9879
Gibbs .9770 Lewis Cine .9765

What is the level of competition in Europe?

What if all the guys In the transfer portal leave. Could we add any more recruits to this years class?

No, transfers help us with numbers regarding the 85 scholarship team limit, not the 25 class limit. Anything over 3 more and they gotta count forward against the 2020 class, which this staff doesn’t wanna do considering the strength of the 2020 class and our early position with a number of blue chippers in the class.

More transfers are gonna have to happen just to keep us under the 85 with the rest of the 2019 class enrolling this summer/fall.

Pruitt in house this week but Bama has the last onsite and in home visit with Saban.... Do not like
According to TooToo, Lupoi is the one who heavily recruited him to Bama and he didn't even find out Lupoi had left until he saw it on Twitter. Not a good look. Meanwhile when he visited TN his little brother had a birthday and Henry remarked how well we treated and took care of his family.

I don't like that Bama has the last visit either but I like what I'm hearing from T so far.
