'19 CA LB Henry To'oto'o (Tennessee Signee)

Agree, Mullen falls out of bed on a 4 star. That said, middle TN is booming and in 10 years will be a true hotbed of talent, already have quite a few targets there, only to grow. Having the Titans there really helps, get those NFL kids. FL should never Not have a top 10 class, just shows how great Phil was at recruiting getting elite classes, Pruitt is of the same cloth, natural at being a good salesman.
Secking is a better poster than many UT “fans” on this board

IF he doesn’t play for a SEC school, will we ever know how pronounce his name?
On second thought if he were to come here or Bama what would Kesslings pronunciation sound like?

So that means the other 84 did as well? All I’m saying is AV is the one saying TN buys players now, not me. IF that is true, it’s a legit question, IF AU offered Pappoe a deal, why didn’t TN match?

FTR, don’t think Pappoe was on the take and Lord knows I DO believe AU does pay some kids.
If I remember correctly he refused to let Tennessee do the in home visit after AU visited. I took that as thry were not given the chance to add that $1.

Yeah. Speaking in definitive terms about something like that... is being a jackwagon and especially when you do it to get under the skin of other people.
I'm not trying to get under anyone's skin. I'm just saying that it's asinine to say that adding Wright to this current class will give us a better class than the 2010 or 2014 one. Now there's a possibility that some of the guys in this class would exceed expectations or at least meet them, but saying this class is the best one we've had since Fulmer was the coach before a single player even steps on the field is ridiculous

I am lost, why are you talking botch vs duffus in this thread???

Twas a long few pages of people trying to convince others Dooley was better than Butch. Ergo I had to to remind some there's a lesser of 2 evils and those younger folks may not remember just how atrocious the Dooleys days were. Some think back-to-back 9-4 seasons is bad, but they have clearly not witnessed 4 straight losing seasons apparently.

2019 - Average Rating of 90.3 with Darnell Wright
2018 - 88 - Butch
2017 - 87 - Butch
2016 - 89 - Butch
2015 - 89 - Butch
2014 - 89 - Butch
2013 - 86 - Dooley
2012 - 88 - Dooley
2011 - 88 - Dooley
2010 - 88 - Dooley
2009 - 90 - Kiffin
2008 - 87 - Fulmer
2007 - 90 - Fulmer
2006 - 86 - Fulmer
2005 - 91.33 - Fulmer

But you can call me an idiot, I guess.

Not sure what your point is.

Btw do you understand rounding? 5 or higher is rounded up smdh

"About half of the players in our signing class will be rated lower than our class average. That is unacceptable!"

makes sense grammatically. i just dont agree with it. we were 5-7, beat a KY and Auburn team we had no business beating.

we're upgrading with PWO's and getting upgrades all around. we're purging 8 and getting a top shelf safety and Dlineman.

we've got QB of future committed.

our roster was depleted.

Sorry, there is a kid named "Henry" whose last name we can't even pronounce? Doesn't sound like a recruit we should be wasting our time on.

While we're at is, why are we taking this Chris Maekrophenis guy??

Pickens and To'oto'o ain't coming. This is a decent class, and could end up being the best we've had in a long time, but saying it's better than that 2010 or 2014 class before any of them ever play a down is ridiculous. Those classes had some of the greatest players in school history, and this one is highlighted by 2 linemen and a guy with a history of injuries that will be playing a position he's basically never played before

“Bryce brown” says hello!

And you would definitely know about ridiculous, after starting the biggest dumbsh*t thread I have ever seen on this site. So, when you talk about things being ridiculous, I'd say you're a foremost expert on the subject.

Dude this class is going to be better on average per player than during any years under butch. His classes ranked so high due to the sheer size of the class and the amount ofnplayers he was able to bring in. Not mention the attrition of the roster from an injury standpoint and transfers completely negated what he brought in to begin with.

Average player is important, but I'm not sure it trumps a 32 player class with a slightly lower average. Large classes can have upsides and downsides. Downside is more attrition. Upside is what if attrition comes from the worst players? It gives you a chance to play a large field and whittle it down once they've went through Spring.

Take 2015 at 32 players. Now take away 9 of the worst players (assuming we finish with a 23 person class this year). Which average is better? 2015.
