A mid-year enrollee can count against either the current academic year, 2018-2019, or the following academic year, 2019-2020. So if you consider, 2019 the current recruiting year, you could still back count against 2018.
15.5.6.3.2 Recruited Student-Athlete Entering After Fall Term, Aided in First Year. [FBS/FCS] A student-athlete recruited (per Bylaw 15.02.9) by the awarding institution who enters after the first term of the academic year and immediately receives institutional financial aid (based in any degree on athletics ability) shall be an initial counter for either the current academic year(which for an EE this year would be for the 2018 class not the 2019 class) (if the institutionโs annual limit has not been reached) or the next academic year. The student-athlete shall be included in the institutionโs total counter limit during the academic year in which the aid was first received. (Revised: 1/15/11 effective 8/1/11)
I'd put Niedermeyer up in the nearest motel, hotel, hovel, shack, tent, whatever, that's closest to HT's house, and he'd there every single day until pen meets paper. Mike Cavan, asst coach on Vince Dooley's staff, moved into a cabin in Herschel Walker's hometown, and stayed there for months, to land Walker. I'd throw everything I had into this recruitment, leading up to Feb.
with that rule there is absolutely 0 limit on recruits you can sign. You can always continue just borrowing into the future because you are always promised a next year with 25 commits.Thank you and exactly what I was talking about. And why UA is taking between 28-31 depending on which site.
