I think that it’s completely paid for on OVs. That said, that shows you what’s important to him and his priority. It appears Neidermyer has played this perfectly.

Everyone riding quite high after the visit. Couldn’t have gone any better in their opinion. Even then however we all know three weeks is an eternity in recruiting. We will be all over him between now and then. I like where we stand but still to far away. No doubt though the staff is riding high right now with how it went.

We waited 40+ days for an assistant coach, we can handle 3 weeks.

What was the game changer (or however you referred to it, can’t remember) you spoke of a few days ago? Are there any signs we can watch for to see if it was successful?
